Contact Metal Supermarkets

Reach out with a material question, a cut list, a repeat order need or a location request. The more context you share, the faster we can point you toward the right metal and processing path.

Store and pickup help

Use the contact form to describe where you are located and when the material is needed. We can help route the request toward pickup, local delivery or a practical follow-up conversation. If your project has handling limits, mention truck access, piece length, bundle weight and whether the order needs to be separated by job phase.

Quote details

A strong request includes metal family, grade if known, shape, thickness, width, length, diameter, quantity and finish. If you are unsure, describe the part instead: indoor bracket, outdoor guard, machined bushing, stainless panel, copper connection or aluminum frame. That application language gives our team enough direction to ask useful questions.

Business hours

Typical service requests are reviewed during local business hours. For urgent repair work, include the required pickup time and whether an alternate material could be acceptable. For repeat programs, include prior dimensions or purchase notes so we can keep the conversation focused and avoid rebuilding the whole specification from memory.

Request support

Send dimensions, application and timing

Metal buying is easier when the request explains what the piece must do. Tell us whether strength, corrosion resistance, weight, conductivity, finish or machinability matters most. A clear message helps us decide if carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or copper alloy is the best starting family.

For cut-to-size orders, add the exact number of pieces and the tolerance expectation if it matters. If the dimension is only a rough handling size before your team machines or welds the part, say so. That distinction can change the recommended processing path and help control cost.
